Co-Founder- Mentalis Academy

Daniela Maltauro

Daniela is an inquisitive and compassionate psychotherapist with a deep curiosity for the human psyche and the emotions that shape our lives. Her expertise spans organizational psychology, coaching, clinical psychology, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, equipping her to guide others through emotional challenges with insight and care.

Beyond traditional therapy, Daniela integrates nature-based approaches, recognizing the profound connection between humans and the natural world. A passionate equestrian, she incorporates equine-assisted therapy into her practice, leveraging horses’ ability to mirror human emotions and facilitate breakthroughs in anxiety, trauma, and relationships.

Committed to inclusion and social justice, Daniela ensures a welcoming space for diverse communities, including multicultural and LGBTQ individuals. Her work embodies creativity, empathy, and innovation, demonstrating the transformative power of relational therapy when approached with an open heart and mind.

Nadine Gharios

Nadine’s lifelong curiosity about the human mind and emotions led her to a career as a psychotherapist, where she has worked for over 20 years. Drawn to psychodynamic therapy, she explores the unconscious mind and the complexities of human relationships, helping individuals navigate personal growth and change.

Her passion for the mind-body connection deepened through yoga, leading her to study integrative body psychotherapy, which recognizes how trauma manifests in posture, breathing, and movement. She specializes in supporting individuals with trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, offering insightful guidance that fosters resilience and self-compassion.

Through a holistic approach, Nadine empowers clients to access their inner strength and wisdom, helping them move through life’s uncertainties with clarity and confidence.
